ENGAGEMENTS & PRICING

From focused specialist engagements to enterprise programmes, ORRYSS structures work around the outcome, the capability required and the complexity of delivery.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Not every project requires the same delivery model.

Some clients need a contained assessment or clearly defined piece of specialist work. Others require remediation, migration, implementation or a coordinated programme involving several disciplines and workstreams.

ORRYSS defines the engagement around what needs to be achieved, what it will take to achieve it and the level of delivery responsibility we are expected to carry.

ASSESSMENT & DISCOVERY

USD $5,000 – $25,000

For engagements where the first requirement is to establish what is happening, what needs to change and what should happen next.

This may include audits, current-state reviews, diagnostic work, feasibility assessments, gap analysis, risk assessment, discovery, research and strategic investigation.

Typical outputs may include findings, recommendations, priorities, requirements and a defined roadmap for the next phase.

DEFINED PROJECT

USD $15,000 – $75,000

For clearly bounded work with agreed deliverables, responsibilities and completion criteria.

These engagements may involve research, documentation, business intelligence, finance operations, contract operations, tender and proposal work, specialist implementation or another defined professional-services outcome.

The scope, timeline, delivery structure and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.

REMEDIATION & MIGRATION

USD $25,000 – $150,000+

For organisations that need to correct, restructure, clean, consolidate or move something that already exists.

This may involve data, systems, reporting environments, operational processes, documentation, financial records, contract environments or other business-critical infrastructure.

Cost is influenced heavily by the condition of the existing environment, volume, complexity, dependencies, business continuity requirements and migration risk.

IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAMME

USD $50,000 – $500,000+

For substantial programmes requiring coordinated planning, specialist delivery, implementation, testing, transition and handover.

These engagements may involve several systems, departments, professional disciplines or delivery phases.

ORRYSS can establish the delivery structure, coordinate the required specialist capability and retain central responsibility for scope, execution, quality and delivery.

ENTERPRISE & MULTI-WORKSTREAM PROGRAMMES

From USD $150,000

Custom scoped

For enterprise-level, multidisciplinary or high-complexity programmes involving multiple workstreams, business units, locations, systems or specialist teams.

These engagements may include major transformation, complex migration, regulated environments, large data or documentation estates, extensive implementation requirements or programmes requiring several professional disciplines to operate as one delivery structure.

Enterprise engagements are scoped individually and may materially exceed the starting figure shown above.

There is no artificial project ceiling.

ONGOING SPECIALIST SUPPORT

From USD $5,000 per month

For organisations that require continuing access to specialist capability after implementation or as part of an ongoing operational requirement.

Support may include programme oversight, optimisation, reporting, compliance support, documentation management, operational improvement, specialist advisory or defined post-implementation assistance.

The structure may involve a single specialist, coordinated multidisciplinary support or ORRYSS-led oversight depending on the requirement.

WHAT DETERMINES THE FEE

Project value is determined by the work required to achieve the outcome, not simply by hours spent.

Key commercial factors may include:

Scope and required outcome

Number and complexity of workstreams

Specialist capability and seniority required

Regulatory, compliance or jurisdictional requirements

Condition of existing systems, data, processes or documentation

Volume and complexity

Integrations and external dependencies

Delivery timescale

Geographic or multi-market requirements

Testing, transition and business continuity requirements

Project management and coordination requirements

Level of accountability retained by ORRYSS

Where additional information is required before a reliable project fee can be established, the engagement may begin with a paid assessment or discovery phase.

COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE

Where the scope can be clearly defined, ORRYSS generally works on a fixed project fee rather than open-ended hourly billing.

Larger engagements may be divided into commercial phases or delivery milestones, allowing scope, acceptance criteria and payment points to remain clear throughout the programme.

Where commercially appropriate, an initial payment may be required before delivery begins, with subsequent payments linked to agreed milestones.

Ongoing specialist support may be structured as a monthly engagement or another defined service period.

Enterprise procurement requirements and established organisational payment processes can be accommodated where appropriate to the engagement.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Project fees cover the ORRYSS delivery scope defined in the commercial proposal.

External costs such as software licences, platform subscriptions, certification or independent audit fees, specialist third-party services, research recruitment or participant incentives, travel and other external expenses are identified separately where applicable unless explicitly included in the agreed project fee.

INDICATIVE, NOT RESTRICTIVE

The pricing ranges on this page are intended to help organisations understand the likely scale of an engagement before beginning a commercial discussion.

They are not fixed packages, quotations or maximum project values.

A precisely defined engagement may require a relatively contained delivery structure. A complex enterprise programme may involve substantial specialist teams, multiple phases and investment well beyond the indicative ranges.

The commercial model follows the project.

The project is not forced to fit the commercial model.

START WITH THE OUTCOME.

Tell us what needs to be solved, changed, built, corrected, migrated or delivered.

ORRYSS will determine the capability required, establish the appropriate delivery structure and develop a commercial proposal around the actual work.
